24yo but always been insecure about my droopy face, specifically the jowls, jawline+ marionette lines.It makes me look younger than my age but also older at the same time if that makes sense?It’s been this way since I can remember, 12+ is when I first became insecure about my face shape but could not quite pinpoint what is was.I’ve always been a healthy weight (if not too slim through my teens).Face looks better when lifting up skin near ears, jawline. Jaw surgery is expensive+bite is fine.

Answer: Liposuction, possibly chin augmentation Based on these photos, I would suggest agressive liposuction along the jawline and neck, jowls included and, possibly, augmentation of the chin.
