I am 30. And want more of a hourglass shape. Currently I am a little overweight but intend on toning my body up, and making it a sustainable lifelong routine, along with a sustainable diet. My weight is 155 lbs, and 57, 33% body fat. My goal is 140-145 lbs with 20-25% body fat. Ive inverted V shape, Wide shoulders, big ribcage, high hip bones, no hips and little butt. I hold all my fat in my upper body/back, arms, and flanks. What type of lipo would fit my goals, with less risk of fibrosis?
I have super thick/bulky thighs and calves and I am super self conscious about them. I used to be a gymnast, but my legs never slimmed down after I quit gymnastics and switched to running three years ago. My legs are muscular with some fat, but not a lot. I think my overall body fat percentage is about 13-14%. Ill attach a few pictures of my legs then a picture of what I want my legs to look like. Are there any procedures that will slim my legs down to that shape/size?
I weight train 5 x week and get in 30 mins of steady state cardio every day. I've tried many different methods of losing fat: 1. Progressively altering calorie & carb intake 2. HIIT/LISS 3. Coolsculpting. I've had 2 sessions & they both failed. Both times my body fat % only changed by 2-4%. Basically, I seem to lose fat in every part of my body except in my abdominal region. I'm currently standing at 21% body fat. My lowest has been 17%. Even then the abdominal fat remains (belly pooch).
I'm a generally big guy and Im wondering if liposuction can help out in dropping my fat content so I make tape as it were. I am aware on how it works but I'm struggling to burn that fat away even with a strict diet. I'm about 4% over the max body fat percentage just looking for a little kick to make their standards for entry
I am 5'8, 29 years old female with an hour glass shape. I am thinking about a full body liposuction, just to get myself started on a weight loss journey, I want to use it as a kick starter, first I want to know how much weight is typically lost if the procedure is done over multiple areas? Why is it not possible to treat lipo as a weight loss means and undergo multiple lipo suctions on the same region until the ideal body fat percentage is reached?
I am 6 months post ab liposuction. I have some lumps that looks like uneven fat removal. I know revision lipo/fat grafting is one solution. What about exercise? I am still chubby overall (35-40% body fat). If I continue to work out until I have very defined abs, like those with abs fat you can barely pinch, I don't see how the big lumps could persist. Therefore, my question is: Can I improve the appearance of abs lipo irregularity if I go from chubby to very fit (think fitness model with abs) ?
