Liposuction should be executed properly. "Aggressive" as a descriptor of a type of liposuction is something I've not heard of.

A compressive garment primarily provides comfort after liposuction. It's long-term benefits are doubtful relative to the final outcome. Loose skin will have to be addressed separately.
