Hello , I already had one lip lift and now my my smile looks good. However I always wanted a gummy smile, I think it's beautiful. Would I be able to get a gummy smile with another lip lift ? Now my gums are only showing when I laugh , I would like them to show easily when I smile . Is there a way to get an over active upper lip ? Thank you
I had fillers over 10 years ago that I personally feel never resolved very well. I went to times to a clinic that removed the remaining juvederm fillers. I got two second opinions from cosmetic doctors who have felt my upper lip and there is no filler left yet I still look heavy above my lip. I even had a friend asking me if Id have had implants in my lips. Ive done Botox for gummy smile for years and consider a lip lift, but what about the heaviness??
I already have maximum teeth show when I smile so cant risk any more teeth show as that will result in gummy smile. Is there a way to have a direct lip lift but not increase the teeth show whatsoever? I am wanting to shorten the philtrum and give myself a bigger top lip, Question regarding direct lip lift only please ? Thank you
I would like a lip lift to reduce to length of my philtrum, but I am worried I will be left with a gummy smile afterwards. Is this correct? Is there anything I can do to ensure that I can shorten my philtrum without increasing gum show, that doesn't involve filler or botox? My normal smile has no gum show, but my big smile has a little gum show. I am worried that if I get a lip lift and it gives me any more gum show it will end up being unflattering.
What permanent procedure would I need to get on top of a lip lift in order to correct my gummy smile, while making sure my teeth don't end up looking too long? I am open to filler and botox to correcting gummy smile/repositioning my teeth, but I don't want to have to commit to repeated injections for the rest of my life. I would wan't some sort of other surgery as well.
Hi! I really want a concervative lip lift. I've had fillers before but they don't give me the results I'm looking for. My philtrum is about 15mm, and I do have a gummy smile, but only when I laugh. I don't mind it at all. I've never wanted to reduce my gummy smile nor would I mind if it would increase somewhat after a lip lift. With this in mind, and realistic expectations, could i have the procedure done? I'm 40 years old, I don't smoke and I'm healthy.
I am a 25 year old Indian female. I used to have a slightly gummy smile that braces corrected. I'm happy with my smile. However, my philtrum is somewhat long and my lip corners droop slightly. I want to reduce my philtrum without exposing too much of my teeth. I also have sufficient volume in my lips, so I dont want any further volume.
