Will I be left with a gummy smile after getting a lip lift? (Photos)

I would like a lip lift to reduce to length of my philtrum, but I am worried I will be left with a gummy smile afterwards. Is this correct? Is there anything I can do to ensure that I can shorten my philtrum without increasing gum show, that doesn't involve filler or botox? My normal smile has no gum show, but my big smile has a little gum show. I am worried that if I get a lip lift and it gives me any more gum show it will end up being unflattering.

One of the good choices for you could be ellacor. This will remove skin that has become thinned as you say. It lifts the skin throughout by reducing the amount of skin by about 5%. It's an office procedure and very effective. it can also be done with a lip lift for more results.
