Can another lip lift give me the gummy smile I want?

Hello , I already had one lip lift and now my my smile looks good. However I always wanted a gummy smile, I think it's beautiful. Would I be able to get a gummy smile with another lip lift ? Now my gums are only showing when I laugh , I would like them to show easily when I smile . Is there a way to get " an over active upper lip " ? Thank you
