After juvederm to lips, everything around my mouth and on my cheek turned purple. Im in pain, lips on fire, Swollen, every injection site had a dark purple spot. The dr said it was caused by my swelling constricting a blood vessel. He massaged my face and around my lips. I can see beginning of ulcers, mini craters, Lumps on the area that turned purple. Dr said it was all superficial but the right side of the face is droopy. Are they not telling me the truth, I need to know what really happened?
my nose and face turned purple. I had bleeding into my eye I was told the juvederm was too thick to draw back in the syringe so as to be able to check whether the needle was in the blood vessel Is this true
i had my lips done months ago by a bad practitioner and i got a full refund of my money for both times i had been which in itself is weird because you wouldnt refund someone if youd done nothing wrong, anyway ive had this bump since the first time i had it done id say about 3 months now and i accidentally have bitten it last night and its a purple colour now and wont go away what should i do
I got Juvederm done in my eyes 3 weeks ago. I just needed a small touch up, but he talked me into Juvederm vs Restylane which I now regret not doing the research on. Im pretty sure I have it because I have a purple circle on my eye that wasnt there before. I have heard you can get something to absorb the filler but I also heard it absorbs your natural hyaluronic acid? Is there anything else I can try? I am a bit sad because I feel like I wasted so much money only to be where I was before.
I got juv ultra plus XC 2 days ago. Right after last injection on lower lip there was blanching. Injector massaged & it returned to color- though My lip swelled & bruised right away- purple/black color. By the next AM, the dark bruising was mostly gone & had turned red. Now, 2 days following, I have pain resembling canker sore on that side of LL (I think a few injection sites even have tiny ulcers), 1 left over dark bruise inside lip and bruising under lip. Could this be necrosis?
