Could this be necrosis after lip injections? (Photos)

According to your photos this does not appear to be necrotic tissue, just normal bruising. Apply some Arnica gel topically and use ice. It typically takes about 10-14 days for all the filler to settle and the tissue to heal from injections, so be patient. Report back to your injector immediately if you feel your symptoms are worsening. Best of luck!

This appears to be bruising, which can be typical after lip injections. Bruising and/or swelling will resolve in 1-2 weeks. VBeam treatments can give improvement. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The blanching and early bruising could have been signs of injury to a small blood vessel during the injection process.  This is unfortunately a real risk of any filler injection.  Your injector acted appropriately by gentle massage  and  the observation that the  blanching resolved quickly.  The photos seem to demonstrate a bruise,  but nothing more.  If an ulcer develops or an open area, return immediately to your injector for additional care.

This can be typical after lip filler. Icing, cold compresses and ibuprofen can give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

Thank you for your question. No, this looks like typical bruising and swelling after lip injections which can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. You can apply cold compresses to the treated area to help reduce the swelling. It is also advisable to avoid NSAID’s as they tend to thin the blood increasing swelling and bruising. I recommend addressing any concerns you have with your injector. Best of Luck!

Your pictures are most compatible with simple bruising. Without these images, your description would be much more difficult to assess since vascular compromise with tissue necrosis in the lips almost always causes at certain point tissue sloughing that may resemble ulceration. At this point you need to be patient and if there is mucosal injury you can use standard methods, e.g.. rinsing with water with added salt. Not pleasant but effective and physiologically logical. Sorry you had some much bruising but lips are very vascular and bruise easily.  Necrosis is rare and takes several days to turn black. I would get the injector or another one to evaluate in person to be safe.

It doesn't look like anything you have to worry about. Apply moist, warm compresses to help the bruise resolve. Give it a couple of weeks and I'm sure it will be all better. Good luck from York City

NO this is no way close to necrosis! Only bruising of your injected areas. But the "canker" score needs Rx for herpes from the injecting MD or your PMD. Allow 10 days for recovery. 

This appears to be the type of bruising that can be associated with filler injections in the lip. I really don't think you're looking at tissue necrosis. I've found that the best way to minimize lip bruising is to use careful technique and apply gentle pressure in the office during the injection process if there is the slightest hint of bleeding when the needle/cannula is withdrawn. This takes a patient injector. Of course I've had patients bruise before but I've found it's a relative rarity now with careful technique. 
You do want to minimize these bruises because you're young and we can presume that you're going to have this procedure done over and over, so you want to avoid accumulating lip bruises over the years.
