Hello, I’m a 41 year old male who had Gynecomastia surgery 4 months ago. I have an upcoming visit with my surgeon and honestly, I don’t know what to ask other than “I’m a little disappointed”. I had full gland removal and liposuction and as per doctors orders, work out and losing weight. I expect there to be some improvement but I’m also coming to terms with the fact that this is my 95% outcome. Looking for guidance from the experts as my surgeon last time mentioned there will always be craters and my nipple/skin fold is from stretched skin. Should I consider a revision with my surgeon? Any specific questions I should ask? Also, what is the weird chord running down? I have it on both sides and my surgeon says he’s never seen them. They appeared after surgery.
