Hi All, I'm curious what to do as I have an indent in my left nipple right around the area that I had stitches done, and just overall the nipple area is indented. Even though I regret it, I insisted on having more Kenalog injections in that nipple because it's still sort of poked out (barely). Long story short I had more done and even though you can't see it in this picture very much, it's very indented I'm curious as to how this can be fixed or if it will eventually go away. ~1.5mg kenalog 40

From your description and picture, it appears that excessive use of Kenalog has caused tissue atrophy, resulting in the indentation, as well as hypopigmentation of the areola. To address the indentation, you can consider filling the area with a soft tissue filler like Restylane or Juvederm. These are temporary solutions, typically lasting 6–8 months. For a more permanent correction, fat transfer is a great option. Fat can be harvested from an area such as around the belly button and then injected into the indented region to restore volume.

For the hypopigmentation, medical-grade tattooing is an excellent option to camouflage the discoloration and achieve a more uniform appearance. While surgical options, such as resizing the areola, exist, medical-grade tattooing often yields superior results in cases like yours.
