Hi All, I'm curious what to do as I have an indent in my left nipple right around the area that I had stitches done, and just overall the nipple area is indented. Even though I regret it, I insisted on having more Kenalog injections in that nipple because it's still sort of poked out (barely). Long story short I had more done and even though you can't see it in this picture very much, it's very indented I'm curious as to how this can be fixed or if it will eventually go away. ~1.5mg kenalog 40
I had lipo on my chest, abs, and flanks. The only problem areas I have are my lateral chest and pubic area which have very similar firm, immobile, sore patches. My surgeon said that aggressive massage and kneading will help, but I am worried that could add to the inflammation. I've had 5 lymph drainage massages which are not too aggressive. Can this area turn to scar tissue? Could kenalog help? Is the compression garment (tank top) blocking the healing process (it digs in to this exact area)?
So I had gyno surgery in January everything was awesome after surgery I could wear t shirts with no pokeage etc. I believe I started to develope some scar tissue about 2 months in and I even waited another month to get my first kenalog shot, the first one didn't do that much but after another moth and a half a received a second which worked and the size of the tissue went down, here's the thing is I still feel fibrous tissue either scar or gland which is causing my nipples to protrude.
Hi I've had three gyno ops. Seems I'm prone to scarring.I still have a small disc of scar tissue under each nipple. Size is maybe about 1cm by 1cm. I won't be having surgery again but I have spoken to some private doctors who advised they could do injections to help with the scar tissue. As a guide how much Mg/Ml would they use per nipple? I need a rough idea as I wouldn't want a dangerous amount injected and would like an independent opinion based.on the size stated. Many thanks
