it's been about 6 weeks since my surgery. I had lipo/excision done. I am worried about the results as it looks like my chest does not look like it has gone through surgery and still seem cone shaped . My chest feels very soft when i press around the nipples. i don't feel any lumps except right around the incision area. Is it ok that the chest feels soft and squishy? I also feel pain and discomfort, and the area is extremely sensitive. my doctor is in another state so i can't go to see him.
I had Gynecomastia surgery including a double mastectomy and liposuction 7 weeks ago. The surgeon advised weightlifting could recommence 6 weeks from surgery, including chest which I did. Have noticed enlargement of my breasts which looks similar to the original gynecomastia. Can this be as a result or the gynecomastia returning. Is it safe to be doing this exercise? Could I have ruined the results? Photo 2 is the most recent. Photo 1 was taken closer to the surgery.
I had a gyno revision about 6 weeks ago as the first opperation was not successful. The left side seems to be healing well and is flat, however the right side is still puffy and has alot of scars and scabs due to alot of bruising. The right side is fairly soft and isnt very hard. Will it correct itself. Please help

Hi doctors. Im only about 6 weeks post op so I understand my body is still healing and this is isnt the final result, but Ive had a dent on the side of my left pec since day 1 after surgery and it hasnt seemed to change at all. Does it look like oversuction or does it look like it the gap/dent will eventually fill in? Is it possible scar tissue? I will say the area around is is still very hard. Should I be getting steroid injections to break up the tissue? Or will this need fat grafting? Thanks.
7 weeks post op. After surgery my right side was always a lot more swollen than the left. A couple weeks later the right side started to even out with the left. All of a sudden this morning my right side is larger/ might be swollen. My surgeon said its not seroma or hematoma, he said it feels hard inside and could be scar tissue. He said to massage it super firmly to break it down. If it doesnt subside in 2 weeks he wants to inject a steroid to break it down. What are you thoughts on this
6 weeks post surgery. However, now when I raise my arms, my left nipple seems to rise and track with my chest muscle as it should, but my right appears to sit below my chest muscle upon lifting my arm and the areola itself is stretched considerably. What is causing this? Nipples tracked in sync prior to surgery when arms were lifted. I have more scar tissue on right areolar incision, is this thick scarring causing abnormal movement and stretching of the areola? Left nipple also sunk in on top.
I had a revision surgery 6 weeks ago to remove scar tissue left after the first surgery. The incision is healed and I have no pain, but I can tell I still have some swelling, and some hardness/lumpiness. I was told by my surgeon I could lift after 6 weeks, but I'm just wondering if, with the swelling and lumps, if it's still ok to lift. I know the swelling is not due to fluid because I had a seroma with my previous surgery, so I know how to tell the difference between fluid and regular swelling.
