I am greatly worried..

i was told when i asked my surgeon that i shouldnt use anti dandruff shampoos for at least 6 weeks and was wondering what effect it has on the recipient area and why it shouldnt be used as i cant find any information online just everyone saying you cant use it but not saying what effect it has if you do.
I am 7 days post op FUE. The last 3 days I've had discomfort in donor area which has some relive with ibuprofen 600mg as needed. Since it was itching a bit and the discomfort seemed to be in areas of crust in donor area, I gently scraped off a few hundred dandruff/blackhead looking crusts from donor area. My question is, was that the hair roots that I scraped off that's suppose to grow back in the donor area? Or was it ok to scrape off those little crusts? Please see pic of crust removed.
Hello I am 16 days post FUE of 4500 grafts and after showering a lot of things like dandruff stay over the recipient area and hair is falling like in photos attached ..my doctor is saying its normal and the black heads will fall and he told me to remove them by hand ... Is this normal ... Is it the grafts which is falling ? Is their anything I can do to stop this?
I had a hair transplant using the FUE method, almost 4 weeks ago. As of day 16, I started using my regular shampoo to wash my hair (every 2 days). The shampoo that I used is an anti-dandruff shampoo. I have just noticed on a few forums that surgeon's advise against this. My surgeon did not advise myself NOT to use an anti dandruff shampoo at all. Could have i caused damage to my folicles by washing my hair using the anti dandruff shampoo?..... and if so, what are they?
I had my procedure of 3000 grafts on 10 September and my recovery is very good. But after my first PRP session i got a layer of blood on my head and it accumulated and merged with dandruff, it is not coming out unless i scratch it. I tried Nizoral twice a week but no luck as of now, can i used lemon + coconut oil, tea tree oil etc. natural method for the dandruff now ? Or can you suggest me something ? I had this kind of sticky dandruff before the procedure too.
