I had a hair transplant using the FUE method, almost 4 weeks ago. As of day 16, I started using my regular shampoo to wash my hair (every 2 days). The shampoo that I used is an anti-dandruff shampoo. I have just noticed on a few forums that surgeon's advise against this. My surgeon did not advise myself NOT to use an anti dandruff shampoo at all. Could have i caused damage to my folicles by washing my hair using the anti dandruff shampoo?..... and if so, what are they?

6 months after the hair surgery it is really early to say the result will be good or bad but surely you will have much more growth if everything is done properly.
Thats a very young age to have a hair transplant. you should definitely be on finasteride as well as rogaine and laser devices. I would recommend seeing an experienced physician who can setup a plan for you in terms of medical management of hair loss.
Once removed, hair from the donor site will not grow back, regardless of the technique used. The donor area is finite and that is why carefully planning your hair transplant under the guidance of a qualified hair transplant physician is essential.
