Hello, I have recently turned 24 and noticed cellulite under my buttocks and saddlebags, as well as if I push the skin on my thighs. My first question is, is it normal to have this at this age? Im also concerned if its early signs of Lipedema? I have always been heavier in my thighs and have struggled to lose weight in the area I have recently tried Exilis and havent gotten results yet. What could be going on? Thank you
I have what I've always called cellulite on the back of my thighs, despite being very fit and regularly doing weight training (squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc). As I've learned, what I have would be best described as linear/wavy cellulite or transverse skin lines rather than typical dimpled cellulite. When I pull up slightly on the skin the lines disappear; but they are very ugly to me and I won't even wear a regular bathing suit/shorts. Would Exilis, Thermage or other techniques help?
My board-certified dermatologist told me Exilis Ultra and Emtone can both be used to treat cellulite. Both machines are made by BTL and I'm confused as to why they would have two different ones if they do the exact same thing. Emtone is marketed for cellulite; Exilis Ultra is marketed more broadly to address skin laxity.
I a copper IUD and signed up Exilis on the side of my hips, butt and thighs as well as face. I know you cant do the treatment on abdomen and surrounding areas. Are hips, butt and inner thighs considered surrounding areas? And they stick the grounding pad to my stomach area while treating my back thighs. Will that affect my health? What will happen if I did it on my abdomen? Will it fry my cervix area?
Hello! I am getting exilis ultra done on my upper thighs and the technician said something about keeping the cooling settings higher if it gets too hot. What does that mean? Will it interfere with the effectiveness of the treatment or as long as my temp is reaching like 40 degrees its ok..? Thank you!!
I am in my mid 40's and met with a Plastic Surgeon who recommended Exilis for my skin laxity issue on my thighs. I also researched ThermiTight and saw good things about it for skin laxity. Wondering does one work better than the other and if it is recommended to do both.
I saw some before-after pictures on this website of Exilis done on back of thighs, where the butt size has noticably reduced!! I am considering getting it done on the back of my thighs. During a free treatment, she went over my buttocks along with the back of my thighs. Since it was only one treatment I don't believe I'll see anything from it. But should I tell her to stay clear of my buttocks, and just stick to the back of thighs? Thank you!
Good Morning, I am looking for some advice. I had Exilis Therapy to my inner thighs and to my stomach. Five session to each area at a cost of $3,200 and I not seem any not even one slight change in either area. What should I do ? This has been very disappointing to me and that is a lot of money for nothing. Is there anything I can do?
