Hello, I have recently turned 24 and noticed cellulite under my buttocks and saddlebags, as well as if I push the skin on my thighs. My first question is, is it normal to have this at this age? I’m also concerned if it’s early signs of Lipedema? I have always been heavier in my thighs and have struggled to lose weight in the area I have recently tried Exilis and haven’t gotten results yet. What could be going on? Thank you
