Does Exilis or ThermiTight work better for skin laxity on the thighs? Can you do both? Should one be done before the other?

I am in my mid 40's and met with a Plastic Surgeon who recommended Exilis for my skin laxity issue on my thighs. I also researched ThermiTight and saw good things about it for skin laxity. Wondering does one work better than the other and if it is recommended to do both.
