I have what I've always called "cellulite" on the back of my thighs, despite being very fit and regularly doing weight training (squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc). As I've learned, what I have would be best described as linear/wavy "cellulite" or transverse skin lines rather than typical dimpled cellulite. When I pull up slightly on the skin the lines disappear; but they are very ugly to me and I won't even wear a regular bathing suit/shorts. Would Exilis, Thermage or other techniques help?
Answer: Thigh tightening treatment The Exilis Ultra has proven to give great results for what you're looking for. Exilis targets cellulite, wrinkles, while it tightens and burns fat underneath the skin to achieve a thinner, youthful look. I would recommend 4 treatments to see the best results. The Exilis Ultra is a great treatment and can be used anywhere from head to toe.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help reduce appearance of cellulite, tighten the skin, and give a more defined look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Improving Cellulite and Skin Tightening with Cellfina, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, Sculptra, VASER A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. Cost will vary, but see an expert for a formal evaluation. Z wave and other non invasive devices are needed life long they do not give permanent outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Cellulite Therapy Thank you for your question. You could ask ten doctors and get ten differing opinions! We have over twenty years experience with treating cellulite. I have seen trends come and go. Currently, we favor Radiofrequency as a non-surgical tissue tightener. Exillis is one brand of this. Results vary with many factors contributing. Another successful modality has been the Ultra-tone, or FuturaFit. This combines Ultrasound with electrical tissue stimulation to tighten tissue.See a surgeon who will go over options, be realistic and not make big promises as to results. Best wishes!
