I'm 39, I don't have static lines, but got dysport as preventative. 1 wk later, eyebrows are lower, my forehead feels heavy and my eyelids look even more hooded, I'm Asian so they were hooded already but now it's even more so. I told the Dr I wanted to look natural and still have movement in my eyebrows but I can't even move them! I only got 50 units spread over two areas does it mean it won't last as long? At what point will I start to get movement back in my eyebrows?
Yesterday morning I had dysport injected into my 11s and crows feet. This evening I noticed that when I raise my eyebrows, one is higher then the other. It feels like my right eyebrow cant raise. Is this the beginning of brow drop? Given its only day 2, will it get worse? She did say she had also given me a slight brow lift.
Ive recently had 20 units of dysport and im panicking because my brows have dropped tremendously and i look really angry. I do however want to get rid of my forehead lines in the future but i dont know whether i should turn back to botox/dysport? Is it possible to just fill in those lines with hydrochloric acid filler instead?
6 weeks ago I had 25 units in my glabella, half the recommended dose because I wanted to still have some movement and 20 in forehead. I hate the frozen look. I am starting to get a very slight movement in my left eyebrow but the right one is still frozen. I was hoping that because it was my first time and it's half the dose it may wear off sooner. Do you think I should start seeing movement soon or will I have to wait full 3-4 months. I was hoping it might come back at 6-8 weeks
Ive been getting dysport for several years by the same board certified surgeon. The problem is that I have to go back every time within the first two weeks for a touchup. He never quite gets it so that I can stop frowning, or raising my eyebrows as much as I would like. When I see him, he agrees and is always very happy to give me the complimentary touchup. Shouldn't he be taking note so that I don't have to go back? The same happened with Botox.
I got Dysport in my forehead, above eyebrows, crows feet, 11's, and bunny lines. Immediately after injections, I bent over to pick something up two separate times. One of those 2 times, I actually bent over to pick something up off the ground. Since this happened immediately after Dysport, what's the likelihood of my Dysport migrating? If migration occurred, how soon will I be able to notice?
I am 40 years old and I have had 40 units of dysport injected in my forehead in 4 spots and 25 units in my glabella. I didn't want to lose any movement in my eyebrows or frown just soften my face. This is the first time I've had any Botox in my glabella as I was adamant that I wanted lots of movement. My forehead is frozen and I still have a deep crease. I get married in 5 weeks! At that point I will be 8 weeks in. As I have had half the recommended dose do you think movement will come back quicker?
I had injected into my forehead, side of the brows, side of the eyes, below the outer tail of the brows and right below my eyebrow near the nose, 4 days ago. The doctor did not treat the top of my brows. Now I look like a frightened rabbit. The area between my brows looks very stretched and the sides of my brows look a little droopy. My eyebrows used to have a natural arch which is now gone. I still have movement in the mid section of my forehead where my brows move upwards.
If Dysport spreads more than Botox and "rocks the forehead," is there a greater potential for side effects in other areas, like the brow area? I get great results from Botox in three areas of the face and I'm considering using Dysport.
