Will my Dysport migrate after bending over twice and picking something off the ground immediately after Dysport injections?

With any botulinum toxin you should not lie down for 3-4 hours or you can get migration of product which causes a facial droop. Picking something off the floor is fine, it is not sustained lying down. So don't worry. Hope this is helpful. JB

The risk is low that your Dysport would have migrated from momentarily bending to pick up something. The recommendation is more directed at prolonged actions versus a momentary one. You can see final results from your treatment two weeks after injection.

As long as the Dysport was properly administered, you should not have much to worry about. As a general precaution, I usually recommend my patients refrain from any extra activity for 4 hours following Dysport injections and avoid strenuous activity for at least 24 hours.  The increased blood flow caused by briefly bending over should not be enough increase the risk that the product will be flushed out of the treated area before it has been able to take effect.
However, if you still have concerns about your treatment, I would recommend following up with your doctor to discuss any and all questions or concerns you have.

Dysport shows full effect within 7-10 days. I my 25 years of experience with Botox and Dysport, bending over had never created migration. It’s more pressing over the area of injection that spreads the product.

After a injection you don’t want to workout or lay down for the first few hours but just picking up something is fine.
