Over 6 months ago I took a antibiotic that caused my mouth to tingle and swell, the corners of my mouth became inflamed and cracked.... It healed and went away but left behind two dark spots on the sides of my mouth... (I'm Latin I have tanned skin) I tried hydrq. 4% it didn't help.... Now I'm trying Ammonium lactate and I still see zero improvement. I don't want a cream that will work in a year, I want the spots gone now... What peels or lasers would be effective ?
Not dynamic lines but static. Skin care and treatment. I hate that this bothers me as much as it does. I've prematurely aged. Maybe it's sugar sag? I have an asymmetrical mouth (I try to correct with makeup). I have static nasolabial fold wrinkles, and an 11 etched between my eyes. Mainly, my issues are the laugh lines because they're there, even at rest. Argh. Is there an alternative treatment to fillers, (afraid of going blind) like peels, ointments, ultrasound? Would love to reduce or soften. I accept that I'm aging, but this seems early.
I have it on the sides of my mouth and chin. On my cheeks and a little bit between my eyebrows and forehead. Ive been trying everything I even bout bleaching cream. What do you recommend at this point I am willing to try anything.
I have the typical Indian black mouth. Ive gotten my bloodwork checked and everything is normal. When I ask doctors they say its fine, but of course the doctors Ive asked are white and do not know how to handle Indian skin. Will a chemical peel get rid of my Indian black mouth? All I want is for my skin to be even and not have a 5oclock shadow around my mouth. When I say even skin I mean one color, like how Spanish people have even skin.
I got a Jessner's Peel in Oct & Nov. My ENTIRE face peeled like CRAZY both times. I got the Vi peel in Dec. I peeled around mouth but that's it. I got the Jessner's in March. I didn't peel at all. I know they say just because skin doesn't peel that doesn't mean there isn't improvement. However, I only had improvement with my first 2 peels when I peeled like crazy. The Vi peel made my skin look worse actually, and the last Jessner's didn't improve my melasma like the first 2 did.
I recently applied an Alpha Beta Peel (10% salicylic acid followed by a 40% glycolic acid) chemical peel product on my face. I was left with two dark (almost gray) lines going from each side of my nose to the corners of my mouth. They are very visible and I am worried that I won't be able to get rid of these. Will they go away and if so, how can I get rid of them? Should I not use the acid peel on that area anymore? I had no problem with the rest of my face. I appreciate any suggestions you many have. Thanks
It have been a week and my skin is slowly peeling but I noticed darken spots on my face and I want to know if they are permanent and how long should it take. It is mostly around the mouth area. It started getting dark this past weekend. I used sunscreen if i had to go outside. It itches and I have been using a blah face wash.
