Thank you so much for your questions. The pigmentation area is difficult to treat since is it so close to the mouth, I would recommend using patience while treating this, to aggressive of a treatment can leave you with white spots (hypo-pigmentation) which is much harder to correct than the dark areas you have now. Speak to your provider about other options that they recommend, it is hard to give an appropriate treatment evaluation without seeing you in person.
