I am a 47 y/o female with a history of weigh loss surgery 10+ years ago. I underwent a BBL in 2021 but the results did not last, and I also lost about 30 pounds over 2 years. I am very interested in buttock implants, but not sure if I am a candidate due to some sagging, I am in good health, non-smoker. I do not want the scars of a buttock lift.
Hello Doctors, I am 5.7' , 130 lb. Few years ago I had full body lipo and BBL. I lost weigh and now my butt is saggy(lower portion of the buttock). Which procedures will be best for me to achieve lifted buttock ? Implants(oval or round,size), lower butt lift or BBL ?
I had butt implants done 1 year ago. I'm 176cm and 51,5 kg. It looks sagging, the skin on lower butt is sagging, implants feel hard, you can see the implants sticking out and especially well in some positions. I'm very unhappy with this result and need some help to figure out what I can do to fix this and get the results I really wanted in the first place.
Almost one year. My left cheek implant is saggy. I can feel the bottom edge on the implant. When i bend the outline is more visible than the right. I feel like he placed this implant wrong. My right cheek is fine i don't feel the implant at all. I also have a little ball on top of my right and left cheek. The ball on the right cheek its a little bigger. Not sure what they are. Is the saggy cheek fixable?? Can i get surgery to place it correctly? Honestly if its not, i would rather remove them.

I have been very insecure of the way my butt looks for a long time and really want to get it done. It is very flat and sagging so i would like it lifted and get a nice shape but not too big. With buttimplants I'm scared it will be too big or look fake or just make the top look bigger and then leave skin under the implant sagging.
Intramuscular butt implants i want and need removed. I have had complications with them and now the left side is so tight i cannot walk properly. Will my skin sag or will it retract because its only 8 weeks post op ? Thanks

My butt sags and my implants flip and I need to wear super tight sturdy leggings to feel comfortable or else I feel lik my butt is heavy and I have to push it up .Will toning my butt with exercise help tone and lift it?
1) Ive seen reviews here of patients who has implants that are about to sag downwards. Is it because its not done under muscle? its worrisome and i would rather stick to bbl but i dont have enough fat 2) I run and lift heavy daily - will it harm my implants if theyre big like 690cc and cause sagging since there's no support? its the same with breast implants - i always use support when i run and jump but im worried about what will happen with butt implants if im very active
