As a male patient I had gluteal implant surgery 7 months ago. Since the beginning I was suspicious of the positioning of the implants inside the muscle: it never had a muscular and upright look. Now I really don't like that saggy look. When I bend over it gets a weird and pointed shape. My doctor said that it's the result of muscle atrophy that is observed in some patients. Is this the reason why the buttocks look saggy? And is there any way to fix or change its position?
