176cm, 51.5kg, need help on how I can fix my butt implants? (Photos)

Question

I had butt implants done 1 year ago. I'm 176cm and 51,5 kg. It looks sagging, the skin on lower butt is sagging, implants feel hard, you can see the implants sticking out and especially well in some positions. I'm very unhappy with this result and need some help to figure out what I can do to fix this and get the results I really wanted in the first place.

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

First, it needs to be determined if your buttock implants are fully 100% within you gluteus muscles (aka “intramuscular”) and not in a subcutaneous, subfascial, or “dual-plane” pocket, all which create particular implant visibility/movement/migration problems. Second, the shape of your implant needs to be determined. Round shape implants are not anatomically correct and thus create visibility problems (eg pointy and/or “gum-drop” contour deformities). However oval shaped Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants help avoid these problems. The fact is that over 99% of patients have more of an oval shaped buttock/gluteus muscles not round, thus a true oval implant (i.e. Stanton Anatomic®️ implant) creates a much more natural and harmonious buttock contour.  This is especially true when the patients bends over, does squats, or pokes their butt out while striking a pose. Finally, Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon.
