I'm 18 and my baby fat never left. I have chubby cheeks and a droop in the area next to my chin on both sides. Also a slight double chin. Freshamn year of highschool I lost some weight and it was noticeable on my face but minimal and after that it never progressed. Was that it? I plan on loosing more body fat but will anything change? If I get it now and still follow through with my journey, will my face sag or something? Should I loose as much as I can and see how I look then revisit the idea?
Hi! I'm considering buccal fat removal -- has been recommended by a few different plastic surgeons as I'm actually trying to get a better jawline. At first, I was totally opposed to buccal fat removal but I read about it more and honestly think it could be helpful for my face -- my cheeks are super heavy and honestly sagging, causing early jowls. I would probably be all in if I didn't have dimples!!! Any chance it could impact my dimples?
Ever since I was young, Ive had a receded chin and chipmunk cheeks. Recently I recieved a genioplasty that projected my chin forward, but I am still stuck with very severe facial sag. What would be the best course of action to remedy this to make my face tight and youthful? Cheek fat removal? Or would cheek filler help here? I am looking to eliminate all facial drooping and sag present in these pictures.
19y/o struggling with saggy face and prominent smile lines. My face is a bit round when I smile however I dont have strong cheekbones. Im 54 and weigh 127lbs. Im considering buccal fat removal and facial fat transfer. Is this the right option?
My face looks so chubby and I have a moon face. I want more of a defined face instead of a saggy and soft look my face appears to have. What are some things I can do to have a more defined face and get rid of the moon face look?
Im 29 years old and half of my face seems to have more laxity and muscle sagging than the other side with an annoying deep mouth corner line. Ive had fillers in my cheeks, chin, and have previous had lip filler however had it removed to deal with this. Would bilateral buccal pad removal be the answer? I was also considering some kind of radiofrequency face tightening. Any advice or support will be appreciated greatly
I'm a 54 year old female (menopausal) & I have some sagging skin & small jowls. My face has always been chubby & never lessened as I aged. I was convinced buccal fat removal wld help me to get a slimmer, contoured face & improve jowls, but 2 sep. plastic surgeons I saw both said Im not a good candidate b/c of my sagginess & removal wld make it sag more & my skin wld just hang. Also said to remove it wouldnt have noticable effect in my cheek size. Is this correct?
