I’m 29 years old and half of my face seems to have more laxity and muscle sagging than the other side with an annoying deep mouth corner line. I’ve had fillers in my cheeks, chin, and have previous had lip filler however had it removed to deal with this. Would bilateral buccal pad removal be the answer? I was also considering some kind of radiofrequency face tightening. Any advice or support will be appreciated greatly
