Any chance buccal fat removal could impact my dimples? (Photos)

Hi! I'm considering buccal fat removal -- has been recommended by a few different plastic surgeons as I'm actually trying to get a better jawline. At first, I was totally opposed to buccal fat removal but I read about it more and honestly think it could be helpful for my face -- my cheeks are super heavy and honestly sagging, causing early jowls. I would probably be all in if I didn't have dimples!!! Any chance it could impact my dimples?

I don't think you would benefit from buccal fat removal. Maybe a small amount can be remove from the right side (with the ear bud) because that side looks fuller in the cheek. Chin: It is personal preference, but yes it can be move forward a little bit to give a more masculine appearance. It...
