My face looks so chubby and I have a moon face. I want more of a defined face instead of a saggy and soft look my face appears to have. What are some things I can do to have a more defined face and get rid of the moon face look?
Answer: What procedure should I get done to help with my moon face? buccal fat removal + cheekbone fillers Patients who complain of having a chubby face or that their face looks like a moon face very likely have enlarged buccal fat pads. Additionally, if these patients have a slightly saggy facial look that lacks definition, they likely have weak cheekbones. To help correct the moon face, one potential option is buccal fat removal. This procedure removes the buccal fat pads—pockets of fat in the lower anterior face that cause facial chubbiness—and can help achieve a thinner, more V-shaped, sculpted look in patients with high cheekbones. However, if these patients don't have good cheekbones, cheekbone augmentation with cheek fillers can help in two ways: it can sculpt the cheekbones and enhance facial definition. I hope this helps! Answer: Moon face solutions Based on your photos is does look like Buccal fat pad removal would help. Sometimes upper cheek filler helps also, and liposuction of the neck is a nice addition if you need more definition there (hard to tell without seeing a profile picture). You look young so really some simple things can be done to help.

Answer: Moon face Hi! First it's a little h.ard to tell from these photos bc you appear to be smiling which changes your facial architecture a little bit. However, if you truly feel that you want a little more definition, I think your best places to target are possibly masseter slimming and possibly chin augmentation. Good luck!

Answer: Creating tapering and angularity to the face You definitely don't look "saggy", but if you'd like to change your facial proportions slightly to look more defined, then some nonsurgical treatments to consider would be Botox/Dysport for masseter reduction to create a greater V-line shape to your jaw, and chin augmentation with filler to enhance the projection and angularity of your chin. Buccal fat reduction may be a consideration, as long as your parents do not have hollow cheeks (as once this volume is removed it will not return regardless of your weight gain/loss). A detailed consultation with an experienced surgeon will allow for the most comprehensive discussion of all the possible surgical and nonsurgical options to consider.

Answer: Oval face Very likely that injection of master muscles with Botox should be one of the options. You should schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure to discuss your options. Good luck.
