Weight loss after buccal fat pad removal?

Let's say someone lost a decent amount of weight and their face became slightly thinner then went ahead with the procedure and lost even more weight after. Will the cheeks sag? Will even more cheek fat be lost as well?

The face won't sag neither IF AND ONLY IF the patient has good prominent cheek bones. If the patient has weak cheek bones, it would be ideal to enhance them to avoid sagging of the face.
