29F. 120. 54. Im wondering if BFR is the right move for what Im wanting to achieve. Im wanting to reduce the appearance of the circled area, make it more lean? And achieve a more subtle v look. When I smile, it expands or widen the mid-to-lower portion of my face. Im not looking to add fillers or Botox.
Female, 28 y/o, 54 and 130lbs I have been considering buccal fat removal to address my puffy cheeks, but I am concerned that itll lead me to have a gaunt appearance as many people have warned about. My cheeks are a huge insecurity: I feel like not only are they big, but they also seem to sag and pull my face down. Im also reluctant to smile since it just seems to amplify the lumpiness of my cheeks when I do. Is buccal fat removal right for me? Are there any other procedures I could try?
I have this extra fat on my jawline/lower face. I am 30. Im 125lb and 5'7. So I am pretty slim but my face when i smile had extra fat making me appear bigger. Would buccal fat removal help without causing issues later in life? Or would a mini facelift be better?
Im a 30-year-old female, naturally on the leaner side and not carrying any extra weight. However, regardless of my weight, my lower face seems heavy, and I feel that my chubby cheeks make it look weighed down. What could help improve this? Would treatments like buccal fat removal, liposuction, or PDO threads be effective solutions?
Im 28 m 70kg - Ive had dermal fillers .5 ml on each cheekbone and under eye and 1ml on chin . I want to make my face look sharper and more defined and reduce roundness/ puffiness in mid face . I was considering Buccal fat removal as hollow cheeks is something Id like to have. Im already fairly lean
I am 34 years old and debating on getting BFR. I have read that it will depend on my facial anatomy and if there is any uneveness or even hollowness it will show more prominently. I have attached some photos of me currently now, and of me at my ideal weight. I have seen my parents and they all have full cheeks and jowls. Also, I have had masseters botox about 3-4x and now no longer need it as the muscle has shrunk.
Hello, I am a 27 year old female, and had these fat pads around my mouth since I was a kid. They were more prominent back then, but now that I am older and lost some weight these start to annoy me, and are noticeable at 3/4 face portrait. Inside they are like hard lumps to the touch. I would like to know what are the causes, and what m procedures can be done? Is further weight loss going to lose them? I am afraid as I get older they will start to sag down and worsen aging symptoms.. Thank you.
Hi! I'm 27 and I feel like my face attributes make my look very childish. I aim to look more attractive/ grown up. Do you have any suggestions which surgerys could help? I feel like everything on my face is very roundish so maybe more contours? I thought about rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal, chin implants.. maybe some surgery in the eye area?
