I'm 25 years old Male. I had orthognathic surgery more than a year ago. In this surgery they also transferred my buccal fat pads next to my nose in the paranasal area. I was wondering if it's possible to remove them from this area, because it doesn't look natural or good. Thank you.

If you are currently in the actively in the process of losing weight, I would recommend waiting until your weight has stabilized before considering buccal fat removal. Your face may look very different -30 lbs and may not require any further surgery. Once you've reached your goal weight, then...
Buccal branch of the facial nerve may be injured during buccal fat removal; the injury usually results without any complication. In case of muscle weakness; physical therapy, multi complex B vitamins and Magnesium should be given. The weakness may be up to 1 year after the procedure
I'm sorry you had this result after Buccal Fat Removal, I would recommend micro grafting or Facial Fat Transfer that involves removing small amounts of fat from one area to improve fullness and symmetry in another.
