25 years old male, interested in a secondary Buccal fat removal. Opinions? (photo)

I'm 25 years old Male. I had orthognathic surgery more than a year ago. In this surgery they also transferred my buccal fat pads next to my nose in the paranasal area. I was wondering if it's possible to remove them from this area, because it doesn't look natural or good. Thank you.
