from the pictures it seems that you already have some hollowing in your cheeks/lower face . A buccal fat removal procedure will make your cheeks even more hollow which might make your upper cheeks and jaw appear sharper due to the increased shadowing but that might lead to facial aging or to a emaciated look that might not be appealing, so I would consider those issues prior to venturing down that path.
it's hard to assess your upper cheeks completely based on the pictures but the malar region ( upper cheek) is a little recessed , there are many ways of making it more pronounced and sharper and the best way to proceed with that will depend on your surgeon's exam and how involved you want the surgery to be so a discussion with your surgeon is recommended but some options include: (filler (you have already tried it , it also draws water in and might increase puffiness), fat transfer, cheekbone implant ( might provide a more dramatic change but is more involved), midface lift (more involved).
