Am I a good candidate for a reduction? (photos)

Question

I am 34 years old and debating on getting BFR. I have read that it will depend on my facial anatomy and if there is any uneveness or even hollowness it will show more prominently. I have attached some photos of me currently now, and of me at my ideal weight. I have seen my parents and they all have full cheeks and jowls. Also, I have had masseters botox about 3-4x and now no longer need it as the muscle has shrunk.

Patients with fullness to their face below the level of the cheeks can usually benefit from the procedure. I often recommend simultaneous lower facial liposuction to provide additional slimming. The photos show you smiling so the recommendation may change if your face is significantly different when not smiling.
