Submuscular 375cc.Gym goer, started training at 7 weeks post op. Overall tenderness at the top, not the breast itself. Pain gets more intense with movement and goes away when sleeping/sitting on the sofa, also more intense under stress.Slight pulling sensation if stretched. I have been taking things very easy for over a week now, pain has reduced however activity is still limited as moving my arm aggravates the pain.No change in appearance, softness, no fever. Seeing surgeon in 2 weeks.Thank you
Hello I am 19 and had my breast augmentation for about a year now and I have not been able to do any chest exercises like before. When I do push-ups, I wont go all the way down because I feel my implants moving and my muscles really straining them. This doesnt feel right and I am afraid they will rupture when doing these types of chest exercises. It has felt this way since recovery and I am wondering if this will ever improve or if it is safe to do push-ups with this strenuous movement.
I took a heavy snowboarding fall yesterday and am worried I burst my silicon breast implant. What would be the symptoms of this as opposed to a muscle strain (the GP said he just thought I pulled the serratus anterior). I cant detect any visible change in my breast or any textural change upon palpation. The area is not hot. Should I stick to the ibuprofen for a few days and see what happens, and try to see my surgeon when I get home from vacation or try to get an MRI here in the ski resort?
I have had saline breast implants under the muscle for 17 years. June of 2016 I started getting pain and burning above my left breast. despite a couple visits to the cardiologist and many more to my primary nobody seems to know what is causing the pain. My heart seems to be beating harder. IS it possible that the implant is putting a strain on my heart or tugging on the muscle? Somebody please help!
I've had my implants for 3 1/2 months under muscle. I just started going back to the gym and after the last time, I'm pretty sure I over did it. I mean I didn't lift more than 40 lbs and I did it on machines, but the next morning I woke up and my whole body was sore from pushing it too far. My shoulder/ neck was sore like it was pulled. When I got out the shower I noticed in the mirror that my right breast was higher than the left. I called ps, he said to take it easy and take muscle relaxer
I had a breast aug. 5 days ago. I was expecting constipation, but not to become impacted. After finally having a BM and it being the equivalent of childbirth .. I'm concerned about the strain that trying to relive myself put on my implants!! I've checked my incisions and they're fine, no bleeding . Just worried about my implants !
I have had silicone implants (under the muscle) since March 2007. 2 days ago I was play wrestling with a friend and felt and heard a pop in my right breast. It has been tender ever since but looks normal and still feels soft however there seems to be a small soft lump in the area where I felt the pop. Could I have ruptured my implant or could this be a muscle strain or bruise?
