I took a heavy snowboarding fall yesterday and am worried I burst my silicon breast implant. What would be the symptoms of this as opposed to a muscle strain (the GP said he just thought I pulled the serratus anterior). I can’t detect any visible change in my breast or any textural change upon palpation. The area is not hot. Should I stick to the ibuprofen for a few days and see what happens, and try to see my surgeon when I get home from vacation or try to get an MRI here in the ski resort?
