Pain 3 months post op, could this be a muscle strain?

usteph
Submuscular 375cc.Gym goer, started training at 7 weeks post op. Overall tenderness at the top, not the breast itself. Pain gets more intense with movement and goes away when sleeping/sitting on the sofa, also more intense under stress.Slight pulling sensation if stretched. I have been taking things very easy for over a week now, pain has reduced however activity is still limited as moving my arm aggravates the pain.No change in appearance, softness, no fever. Seeing surgeon in 2 weeks.Thank you
