Am I able to do push-ups 1 year after having a breast augmentation?

nicoler19
Hello I am 19 and had my breast augmentation for about a year now and I have not been able to do any chest exercises like before. When I do push-ups, I won’t go all the way down because I feel my implants moving and my muscles really straining them. This doesn’t feel right and I am afraid they will rupture when doing these types of chest exercises. It has felt this way since recovery and I am wondering if this will ever improve or if it is safe to do push-ups with this strenuous movement.
