I am a 67 yo female, seen by my board certified plastic surgeon today. I am 125lbs, 5' 4 and made the decision of a modest 375cc moderate profile implant. I measured 13 cm and 34 width. My question is should I request moderate plus profile instead of the straight up 'moderate'? I do not want my breasts to look flattened or spread out, however, I do not want them to look like I had half sized soft balls inserted either. looking for a natural look.
My left breast implant changed and got hard and very high after 35 years. This happened about a month ago. It is very hard, changes shape and even though both implants are drooping, it is swollen, sore and hard and sits much higher than my right breast. I did call and schedule a mammogram and the mammogram came back perfectly normal. The radiologist said that I have silicone implants that sit under the muscle. Can I get both implants replaced? I am 66 and still want attractive breasts. Thank you.
I do not have photos; however, I do feel a lump on top of the right breast. Ultrasound said no tumor or cyst. Could be a rupture or a tear in implant. Is free silicone dangerous if it is leaking? This has been a year now. No pain, swelling or discomfort; just that lump I referred to. Thanks so much!
