I am 74 and have AFib. Healthy otherwise. Can I have breast implants?

As long as you have satisfactory medical clearance for anesthesia, you are a go.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Assuming you are otherwise a good candidate for surgery, and your Afib is medically optimized then there should not be any reason that you can not have breast implants placed.  Hope this helps.
