I have had implants for 10 years now, no problems with them at all but my issue is that I am 37lb heavier than I was when I had them put. Obviously my breasts are sagging a bit now, nothing too bad but definitely lower than they were. I have just embarked on a weight loss journey and have already lost 6lb. I am just wondering if,once I get back to my original weight, whether it will improve the look of my breasts and reverse the sagging. Or are the implants now permanently lowered?
I had obtained implants under the muscle about ten years ago. Last year I developed what feels like little tiny pebbles right underneath the skin of my areolas on both breasts. I had them looked at during my mammogram and ultrasound. They couldnt even detect these rocks that you can plainly feel with just your hands. Some of them feel very sharp like they can push thru my skin with a little pressure. I know my areolas were removed during surgery. What could these be? Cause for concern?
I Had breast augmentation in 2012 and have never had any issues with them. For the last couple of months, my breast have been so tender (it feels like it does right before you start your period kinda tender) I also noticed that my right nipple is all of a sudden much lower than my left one. What does this mean?
My implants are 10 years old (sillicone, textured, under the muscle). My right breast became swollen and my surgeon has retired so I can't call him. I'm on antibiotics and had a scan which showed a seroma and no rupture. They did a fine needle aspiration and sent the fluid off for testing. No results yet. They are testing for BIA-ALCL and I assume infection also. If it's not ALCL or infection, how would this usually be managed? Am I definitely going to need more surgery?
I have had breast implants for 10+ years. I see these red spots on both breast and I am afraid its my skin stretching and will eventually create a hole. Should I be concerned ? I had my breast revised twice in 2015.
I had silicone gel implants 10 years ago with no issues. More recently it looks like my left boob as drooped slightly however not that noticeable. But I have severe discomfort every month now with heavy sore feeling which is all round the left side and under and behind nipple. Feels like I am full of milk post pregnancy to describe pain and discomfort best way. I appreciate this is potential hormonal as appears more swollen an sore every month. However was never an issue before.
I have McGhan breast implants that just passed the 10 year mark in Feb. Just two weeks ago I noticed that my left breast has less volume. Appears I might have a rupture. I am bit confused about the lifetime replacement on the warranty. If I am still eligible for it even if I am past the 10 year mark for financial assistance.
I'm experiencing swelling of both breasts. 1 week before my period (I am on the pill) and lasts for 3-5 days. The swelling can occur in both Slight amount of pain, feels like the muscles are very tight. Pain comes from under my arms and the inner side. No nipple changes I have been to 3 drs but get referred to plastic surgeon. An MRI showed the implants are intact and look ok. The 2 plastic surgeons in town are hard to get into. Implants are 10 years old, teardrop, silicon & under the muscle
They say I signed an agreement for use of my photos 10 yrs ago (that's when I had breast implants). I don't remember...but would have assumed if those photos were published you wouldn't see my face. Now, 10 yrs later, work done on my face has been posted on their website (guess it was leaked) I'm devastated! Do you think I have grounds to sue??
