This is an old photo. I got implants shortly after it was taken. I am considering explanting now 25 years later. Will my outcome be really bad if they are tubular? I realize things have changed a lot on my body in 25 years but I think if they re tubular that it will make revival outcome worse.
I was given 445ccs, textured, infra mammary incision and sub pectoral placement. After my surgery, small signs of capsular contraction. Three years later - first unplanned baby breastfeeding - capsular contracted breasts are terrible (still tuberous). I have concerns for the links of textured implants and cancer as my family has a strong history of breast cancer. It is really affecting my mental health. How do I get my breasts to looking normal and low cancer risk? Medicare?
I am 25 yrs old and I've had my implants for a year but I want them out now. I have slightly tubular breasts (a bit cone-shaped) which was the reason why I did this and since I didn't have much lower pole. How are my chances to get back to my previous look? How will my tissue settle since I have the implant above the muscle? Will the lower pole sink in or is it possible that my shape will be better than before surgery?
1.My nipple sensation decreased. If using the old areola incisions, will it worsen my nipple sensitivity? 2.My doctor used non-absorbable sutures to fix my areola prolapse. I am concerned because they are permanent and I developed discomfort in my nipples. Can the sutures be removed when having my explant surgery? Will this stretch my areola scars? 3.I had tuberous breasts to begin with. Do they develop again, if I let my implants removed? What are my options or any recommendations? Thank you!
I have had saline implants under the muscle for 6 years now. I am wanting to seek an explant but worried about my shape afterwards. Will a mastopexy/areola reduction help the natural shape of my breast? I understand the fullness will not be the same without implants and I am not concerned about size, I am just hoping to achieve a better shape than my original breasts with out the implants?
Back in my younger years (16_18) I had medical issues that left me with one breast that was a tubular A cup and the other a nice round C cup.So once I was fully develop at age 18(2006) they placed one breast implant and made them matching. After 4 years(2010) my sailine implant ruptured.. It was replace with gel and now I am in the process of checking they believe my 325cc gel implant has rupture.(2019).. I just want it out but don't want One deformed breast and one normal breast.
My implants have settled after two years and the shape is perfect. However, its hard for me to work out like before and I feel Ike theyre too big and I want them removed. I had mild tuberous breasts and my surgeon had to release the tightness on the lower poles of my breasts. Will it tighten again if they are removed? How do I avoid that? I just want normal round shaped breasts without implants.. please help.
I am 29y, 120lbs. A periareolar lift was also done. I don't like how saggy they look today. I also find the size too large for my frame. And I still dont like the areola size. I am currently 32D. I would like a B-cup, with 3-4cm areolae. Can I expect this result from implant removal and lift alone? Or do I need to consider smaller implants? What about no implants and fat transfer later?
