Question

It’s 6weeks post op and my breasts are still pretty high, tight and sore. And a red bump in between my breasts started developing. Is this a sign of blood clot or something gone wrong? My right breast is ok but the left one still feel very sore like needle poking. Is there something that I should be concern of? My ps told me to just massage off the red bump and whenever I did that, it went hollow like you can almost feel a hole there but will nvr go way.Please advice!!

I personally do not transfer fat that has been treated with any energy device like VASER.  This could be a simple oil cyst or fat graft that didn't take.  It is not likely to be anything serious however followup with your surgeon to treat this.  Make sure he or she is a board certified plastic surgeon .  Best Wishes!!

Please call your surgeon today and asked to be seen. You need to be checked to make sure you do not have an infection.
