I got 360cc moderate classic mentor implants and developed CC on the right after about 1.5 years. I'm hoping to get it fixed but also debating going up in size. My chest wall diameter is 13.5 and I hesitate to get HP or higher (unnatural). I'm thinking of going up to 450cc moderate plus (the largest recommended for my size) but not sure if it'll make enough difference to make it worth the added cost and risk. I want more projection, more volume in the upper pole and natural cleavage. Thoughts?
So im 29,5'3 ,160lbs,with a bwd of 16cm. Im stuck between two different sizes and profiles. Either inspira style srf 745cc which has a width of 15cm . Or inspira style srx 800cc which has a width of 15.5 cm. Which of these will give me the most cleavage and side boob? If i choose the implant thats a cm below my bwd will i end up with a gap? If i choose the implant thats half a cm below my bwd could i be at risk of being too close together and end up with uniboob?TIA!
Hello, I am having a breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants. The doctor would also like to do a fat transfer to help the cleavage area and the bone in between. I am open to it, however I am a bikini athlete so when in prep body fat can be lower than maintenance. So the question is, will the fat transfer go with the weight fluctuations? I dont want to spend the money and have it go months after because I am in prep and body weight lower.
I am worried My breasts are slowly getting closer together.. This is causing my cleavage to look my square in the middle and cause denting at certain angles. Do you think I am developing symmastia? Is there anyway i can prevent it from getting worse? I am currently exactly 6 months post op. I feel like my breasts are getting worse with time.
What do you think I should get to close the gap and have my boobs closer together? The plastic surgeon I am using all the sudden is telling me he will only put high profile in because my BWD is 11.5 I really any a natural look and I am very active.
I am 163cm and 48 kgs. 31 years old with no children. I have a breast augmentation scheduled for 21st July 2022. I am happy with my choice of surgeon. I want to achieve a very natural look, I would like to have more cleavage and some more volume in the top of my breast. I am having the implants inserted in the breast crease using dual plane method, they will be round implants. I am currently trying to decide between 200cc or 220cc implants. Will 20cc make a noticeable difference either way?
Hi, I previously made a post that can be found here: https://www.realself.com/question/petite-asian-kids-10a-aa#12299310. Previously my surgeon has recommended Mentor CPG 322, mod plus, 160-250cc range, 9.5-10 bwd, body frame & now leaning towards more small/med c along with goal pics to show him what I'm after; natural look, soft cleavage line, perky, slope (lower pole volume - beckoning) & he said 250cc may not fit & close cleavage, so should I ask about high profile?
Ive had this condition for as long as I can remember when developing boobs. I want to know how this can be fixed so I have normal cleavage. I can feel a lot of tissue over my sternum and I find it difficult to buy bras and its uncomfortable. Is there anyone experienced with this? Thank you
I am considering breast implants, something I have wanted since I was a teen. I am now 160 and have a goal of 145lbs. I would like to add volume and would love cleavage, as right now I can only obtain that with a VS heavily padded push up bra. I also have a wide gap so anything that might help that a bit would be nice as well. I have done 1 consult and am considering 450cc under fascia high profile round silicone but scared of ending up with ball in sock look. Any advice? arms and tummy are next
I have breast augmentation booked for end of April 2024. I am now worried that I have a large gap between my breasts and that it will look even bigger with implants. My surgeon mentioned the gap. He said that my toned pectoral muscles give the illusion of a smaller gap and that it will not be possible to create cleavage with implants. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
