I am considering breast implants, something I have wanted since I was a teen. I am now 160 and have a goal of 145lbs. I would like to add volume and would love cleavage, as right now I can only obtain that with a VS heavily padded push up bra. I also have a wide gap so anything that might help that a bit would be nice as well. I have done 1 consult and am considering 450cc under fascia high profile round silicone but scared of ending up with ball in sock look. Any advice? arms and tummy are next

Answer: Amazing resources I have two great things to tell you about this, as it's a question many patients ask prior to breast augmentation. First, if you see a surgeon who has in-office imaging like me (Vectra, for example), you can "try on" different implants and see how they'll look on YOUR body. Second, check out goalfinder.bustmob.com , which is a site where patients submit their stats and photos. You can filter by height, weight, cup size, etc. Enjoy!

Answer: Considering augmentation Implant selection is best done in person with a board certified plastic surgeon. During your consultation your breasts will be measured (this is different than bra size) and your goals for surgery will be discussed. Your surgeon will then use her/his expertise in helping you select implant options to consider. From the limited information I don't think the suggested implant will result in a ball in the sock look. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
