My surgeon only provides a compression binder after his BBL surgery, but I see numerous doctors and patients using a faja after a bbl. In theory, I like the idea of the binder because it guarantees no pressure on the butt, unlike a poorly fitting faja. But since the faja is so popular, there must be some evidence of its effectiveness over a binder. Can a doctor please confirm if this is true?
I am getting a extended tummy tuck and bbl. My doctor told me no garment is needed after surgery other than the binder. He also told me i can sit and lay down on my back and that it does not affect the bbl. Should i worry?
According to post-op instructions, I can stop wearing my compression garment & binder but when I take it off, my waist doubles in size. Is this normal? I thought it was the swelling but it doesnt reduce back down unless I put the binder back on. Should I continue to wear my garment and binder? I dont want to have to be wearing a waist trainer every day for the rest of my life! Im also in severe pain if I have the garment and binder off for too long! My surgeon has been ignoring my questions
I have fajas and I have a binder and the faja scares me when taking it off because of my incision and drain bulb which one is best and what can I do to reduce inflammationI had a tummy tuck 2 days ago and my stomach now is a little hard and big is this normal? And is there something I can do
Every time I remove my binder/compression garment from around my waist to shower, a ringing in my ears starts and I am about to pass out. I have to lie down to to stop this and I break out in a sweat and go pale. I am extremely worried because right now I live alone and if I faint and injur myself this could be a serious problem. How long will this continue for and is it normal or a sign of something else? I had lipo to abdomen, waist hips and lower back and bbl to buttocks. 7 days post op now.
