Every time I remove my binder/compression garment from around my waist to shower, a ringing in my ears starts and I am about to pass out. I have to lie down to to stop this and I break out in a sweat and go pale. I am extremely worried because right now I live alone and if I faint and injur myself this could be a serious problem. How long will this continue for and is it normal or a sign of something else? I had lipo to abdomen, waist hips and lower back and bbl to buttocks. 7 days post op now.

Hello
The recovery after a BBL could vary depending in the case and the patient. I recommend to follow the instructions given by your surgeon and if you still have doubts talk to your doctor for a consult.

Thanks for your question. It depends on how the buttocks is healing, but usually around 3 to 6 months it should be ok. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Clearly we can only speculate. Most likely this represents fat and the crisis but it could also be uneven fat grafting or I dissolving hematoma or a fluid collection(seroma)Please follow up with your provider.Mats Hagstrom M.D.
