Fainting or about to after removing binder/compression garment to shower after BBL everytime. Normal?

This is happening because of profound fluid shifts in your body. I'd recommend making sure you are better hydrated; drink at least 8 oz of Gatorade, fruit juice, water, etc every 8 hours while you're awake. You may also be anemic (low blood count); an iron supplement can be useful to help correct anemia quicker. If this persists, you should let your physician know. At the very minimum, you should get your vitals checked and possibly get a CBC (blood count). Hope this helps - Sam Jejurikar, MD

It is possible that the compression garment is too tight causing this reaction in you.
I suggest you discuss with your plastic surgeon all your concerns to have the best results post ops.

You are experiencing a blood pressure imbalance . Maybe you are wearing your garment too tight. This causes your internal veins in the abdomen to be compressed. When you unhook your garment a sudden change in intrandomnal pressure occurs and the blood pressure drops. You may want to try to use a less tight garment or try to unhook it little by little / or while laying down. Wait until your body balances and you should be fine. Best ,
