According to post-op instructions, I can stop wearing my compression garment & binder but when I take it off, my waist doubles in size. Is this normal? I thought it was the swelling but it doesn’t reduce back down unless I put the binder back on. Should I continue to wear my garment and binder? I don’t want to have to be wearing a waist trainer every day for the rest of my life! I’m also in severe pain if I have the garment and binder off for too long! My surgeon has been ignoring my questions
