I have not lost weight and I believe it is due to aging. I have worked out (outside of 1 year 2011) since my 20's and it was my thought that that one year did this. I really would love to do something to correct this as now it is keeping me from showing my arms. I have great shoulders and it is really unfortunate.
I have volume loss/crepey skin on upper arms & batwings 60 yrs old, slim, weight loss, sun damage) and don't want large scar under arms. Am I a candidate for limited incision brachioplasty? Any non surgical choices?
I am 50 yrs old and have this disgusting creepy wrinklied skin on the inside of my arms where the elbow bends. I am thin and lift weights on a regular basis. Haven't lost any weight. Is there any tightening procedure that might work on this area? Could this issue be caused from lack of iron?
Was ill this June & had rapid 8lb weight loss; couldn't eat normally-very little protein, etc- for 4 mos. Last month, I saw SUDDEN change to upper arm skin. My triceps, which I'd begun toning 2 mos ago, now had deep crepey creases extending from armpit to elbow nearing forearm, where I NEVER had loose skin! Could sudden dietary change/minor rapid weight loss cause this, & can the skin snap back on its own? If not, how long to wait & what action to address it?
I've had a weight loss of almost 200 pounds, 9 months post TT and BA, 3 months post brachioplasty. I am pleased with the results, mostly. I still have what I call the quadriboob. Those two pockets of fat and skin between the breast and armpit. Surgeon says skin is crepe-like and he couldn't do anything. I trust him but I'm looking for a second opinion since the excess still bulges out of clothes. I'd love to wear a bikini top, now that I have the body, but this stops me. Help?
