I took my last course of Roacutane medication in April. Towards the end of June I am experiencing red dots under my eyes and around my mouth area. Very unusual they are at time itchy and can be very red and sore looking almost like eczema. I never had any problems before this. Do you know what this maybe and is this usual for being so long without Roacutane?
22 years old asian - I think I've got atrophic/depressed acne scaring. I had acne cyst at the same area (cheek) reoccurring 3 times which resulted in a deep depression on my right cheek (like a big oval dot). Its seems pretty deep and the redness (PIH) has yet to fade away after 5 months. Are there any lasers/ipl/peels/filler/subcision treatments that can be done safely while on accutane to treat the redness and scar effectively? If so, will it be difficult to fix that depress scar? Its affecting my confidence.

Is it normal for Accutane to make my face red? It is much more sensitive than normal, but only slightly drier. The texture seems a little worse too, almost pebbly. Im on 20mg day, a pretty low dose. Its only been 2 weeks that Im on it. Should I stop using my skinceuticals vitamin c serum that Ive been using for many years?
I took accutane 2 years ago and my skin was clear and mild oil for the 1st year. I took accutane for 7 months (1-2 mo 40mg, 3-4 mo 60mg, 5-7 mo 80mg). However, in the 2nd year, my skin got EXTREMELY oily to the point where I feel like washing it ALL THE TIME. It looks so bad. In addition, I get 1-3 small red bumps/whiteheads each day. Lastly, I use 0.1% Retin-A every night, but still nothing. Its really bothersome. Do you think a second round of accutane will help? I am a 26 year-old female.
So i am on my 1week of roacutane 40mg/dayand after 4 days of using my face started to be very red and hot.I was reading on the internet about this problem and as i can see it is side effect of roacutane but the problem is that everyone is saying that their face is hot and red like 1 hourMy face is red and hot 24/7 it never cools down i am using eucerin ph5 Hautschuts This 3 days i was all day home never on the sun so its not from the sun.Doesnanyone know is it normal to be red and hot 24/7 or no
Hello. Just a question. I have been on isotretinoin (roaccutane/accutane) for a month now and i have noticed my face and hands are slightly red/pinker than usual. Im thinking this could be due to skin being more sensitive to sun but want to make sure. Weather where i live hasnt exactly been hot or anything... People keep commenting and asking if i have been on holiday :-P
Im currently on Accutane. Just finished my second month on 40mg and Im starting month 3 on 60mg. Early on, I experienced getting many tiny, small bumps on my forehead and I dont know why... See my pictures. What are they and will they ever go away? Ive never had this before and sometimes its itchy and red. Kind of looks like small blackheads, but they never disappear.. Also, I just get them in the centre/middle, not the whole forehead.
